Introductory Lesson
The basic one hour “taster” lesson is designed as an introduction for people who have never ridden a bike with gears and clutch before. The only essential requirement is that you have ridden a bicycle (push bike) within the last two years.
It also gives the advantage of one to one training before going into a group CBT in Nottingham.
